paula. im an owner of one of the new tilghman beach and golf resort units. it is brand new finished begining of this year. im not interested in renting i out nor holding on to this property. im in process now of dumping the unit and cutting my losses. i have many investment properties in the area and will put my money into those. the units are listing for an average of $380k. i will be well, well, under this price. i have the best unit on the lakeside. penthouse unit, 3 bed 3 bath. the building is located across blvd oceanfront. check out website of building. if interested we'll talk about what kind of deal we can work out.
