Who bought the lad from Del Webb and what will be built? I would imagine that whatever is built will be pretty close to the development because condos were slated for that spot. Also, how much do you think the HPA will go up? Right now it's about $300 a month.

Montvale, NJ is always given very high marks for its school system and my kids went to the schools there. excellent SAT scores for high schoolers. Train or bus to midtown, 45 minutes by car. Use Ana Moniz at Coldwell Banker in Ridgewood. Anacl@aol.com. - Mon May 26 2008, 02:20
