14’ x 60’ home with 1 HUGE bathroom and HUGE living room that if wanted you could split into two separate rooms each if needed. (there is a addition on the home that I would be willing to sell with it also if needed)

It is a 1969 but everything has been re-done like the heating system roof, etc.

I am in New Hampshire about 10 mins. From the Massachusetts border, There are no wheels or axles, I would throw in the side deck that is custom made that we put on the home also, it sits right outside the kitchen slider, there is also another slider in the living room out to the back deck and a 3 seasons screened porch that is just about half the size of the house attached to the back. It’s great for the summer w/ parties and all to keep people out of your home!

The bathroom has a laundry shoot, stand up corner shower w/ glass doors (I also have an extra inside shower liner), tile floors, place for a large tub, heating lamps, fan system, built in stereo system w/surround sound, and the vanity w/sink I would give to you also along w/ a medicine cabinet.

Master bedroom has a large closet with sliding glass doors and a sit down vanity, also built in cabinet units and drawers for clothing. Also there is a wall unit that I made and tiled with shelving for storage (I use it for a shoe rack, purses, whatever)

The front door has a brand new door with a large glass window the size of the door next to it so it lets in a lot of light, and in the hall way there is a closet and also hidden is the heating system I think you would call it?

There is forced floor heating and the kitchen is brand new linoleum flooring with tons of cabinet space! Double stainless steel sink, a built in wine rack, large pantry, hidden closet like storage area and for the trash can, I would leave to you the refrigerator which is in great condition pretty new.

I bought this home off my aunt as she was in a divorce and desperate to sell for $169,000 so it’s not something you would find @ a camp or in a park lol

I have done a lot of work to this home as I have lived in it for 3 years now, my dad is a carpenter and will be building me a new home in the spring so I need to find someone who is willing to take this home from me because I don’t want to demolish it, it’s in way to good of condition to just knock it down you know. It would be about April timeframe. There are moving companies also that will transport the home for you if you are locally within a few states from NH I am sure it is less than around $2k or so to move or if you have the ability to do it yourself with a lift.

I have not yet listed my home anywhere I just took pictures yesterday and will be listing it on a few sites this long weekend. I don’t think it will take me long to get a buyer, this is a rare find, I am willing to sell it for about $19K or Best Offer, whatever a person feels it’s worth. On my last tax bill for the town the home alone is assessed @ $99,000 - Fri Aug 29 2008, 06:56
