Living in Sylvan Park is fabulous - it is very close to downtown and Vandy and there's tons to do in the neighborhood due to the presence of multiple restaurants, boutiques, a produce shop, and a golf course. My home there was just listed today. It is much as the other realtors described...Just under 1000 square feet 2 bed/1 bath complete with 2 beautiful old trees. Some of the features that many homes in the neighborhood don't include are a newly renovated kitchen, a HUGE walk-in closet, and a fully fenced back yard w/ a detached 2 car garage.
