Jeni, if you were a signer on the loan to finance the mobile home, you can be held responsible for the payments and the deficiency balance. If you were not a borrower, it is very unlikely the bank can demand payment from you. I am a banker with many years' experience in real estate lending. Good luck. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 19:16

Hi Jonathan,
Here is the home now available in Worthington which is convenient to downtown Columbus. It has been a great home for boys with a stream, park, woods, sledding hill on the street and walking or biking distance to school and downtown Worthington. Excellent schools too. Hope you take a look. Best regards, Karen - Tue Aug 12 2008, 16:50
Welcome Jonathan!
We have a beautiful custom built home in old Worthington which will be coming on the market in a few weeks. Worthington has excellent schools and is within 30 minutes of your work. The home is in walking distance of a public and a private elementary school and the quaint downtown. If you want to share more about the the type of home you need, I would be glad to help.
