Builder In The Manchester Area In Business For Over 25 Years

may i make a suggestion renting sometimes is a good thing when you are wanting to get credit established and until you can maybe find you a home or even have your home built and finishing up but take it from a builder who has been in the nashville area and also the murfreesboro area when i say that buying or building is always a better decesion. And not because i am a builder am i saying this it is because the rent sometimes and i would say deffinatly in nashville is just as expensive as a mortgage note and why not be paying on a mortgage when would day you could actually call it your own or sell it and make a quick profit then to rent and be throwing away your money cause you will pay forever as long as you are staying there even if the owner has payed of the loan they have borrowed to build it if scared about buying and being in a mortgage may i also suggest maybe a leasing situation in wich you would rent to own goood luck best wishes hope you found this helpful!!!! - Wed Jul 16 2008, 18:19

the market conditions for selling a house right now in manchester tennesse are not very favorable but we should see a drastic change within the next year and a half if not then the city will fail to grow and with higher economic spending soon will fall into a natural depression so count on the market to turn around maybe next year but until then if you sell a house you should be thanking the good Lord!!! - Wed Jul 16 2008, 18:04
