We have a house we are selling. It might be out of your price range although we have reduced the price. it is $186,900. It is in very good condition. dry basement. It is in Beechmont, about 15 minutes from Uof L. It was originally built as a duplex. 1st floor-kitchen, formal dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, gas fireplace & 230 sqft porch. The 2nd floor has the same! 3 car heated, insulated garage, We have been here 17 years, only the 3rd owners. You can look at pics at http://www.crcondo.net/house/house_all.htm .
