I am wondering how ppl are able to look at and purchase forclosed homes.?

I understand you are looking for a house to buy. Currently we own homes in Nassau and Suffolk counties and cell them at a very reasonable price due to the fact that we buy foreclosures from the inventory of banks and renovate them. It is obvious to me that you would benefit not only in your monthly payments, but taxes as well from purchasing one of our homes.
