Moving to Littleton, CO. Kids would attend Chatfield HS. What areas under $275K? Could rent for awhile.?

You can buy a newer townhome in the area for under $225K. I have a NICE (model showroom condition)townhome with a two car garage for sale or rent very close to Chatfield High, if you already haven't found one.
