Housing in Knoxville never declined in the past 200 years and will never decline in the future. - Sat Aug 2 2008, 20:17
1. Dude, A reaserch showes the housing price starts falling 9 months after inventory growing. I am tired hearing people say "San Francisco is special","Manhattan is special", and now "Knoxville is special".
Knoxtx, you will see the housing price in Knoxville start decline this coming fall or winter.
2.People say the real estate in Knoxville didn't insurge 30% a year in the past, so we don't need a correction.I think it is wrong. The local price doesn't have decline 40% to follow California. The average price nationwide is at its 2004 spring, I think Knoxville will go where the country goes.
3. People say, in a long term the real estate will rise. Yes, it's true. The question is How Long? If you look at Japan, the real estate there still below 20 years ago.
