finding a home to rent with option/buy in atl, georgia area

We have a house in Jonesboro, two- story, 5 bedroom + office (or a 6th bedroom), 2.5 bath, that we'll be selling soon, and we were going to go with a property management company to do a lease purchase. We aren't on a cul-de-sac, but the sun doesn't face the house during the day. We put in all brand new windows (nice, not cheap ones) and a sliding glass door to the deck. We had a refurbished ac unit put in and serviced just last year. There is brick on the front, grey siding, black shutters, and a red front door. Very roomy house with three living areas and a semi-finished basement. We were probably going to price it around what you are looking for.
