Hello Amanda,

I am not a realtor. We are also from California (Orange County) and we loved Tallyn's Reach. However, my wife couldn't deal with the weather (she's not a snow bird, I am o.k. with it since I am from Germay). The schools are great, the Southlands shopping mall is super (especially around Chrismas with the ice ring). We just relocated back to California to escape the snow and be closer to family.
