Desoto County !!! the schools are great. You get so much more for your money here than in memphis and not to mention property taxes are much lower ! We just listed our home and would be glad to show it to you. 1.5 story, corner lot, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, lot is just under 1 acre. Its landscaped and the MBedroom has a beautiful sitting area with a panoramic window. The house is just under 2600 sq ft. Its listed at 239,900 . what the best location in memphis to buy an investment property for around $90,000?

Try Cordova area on some 0 lot lines, might find some foreclosures in there. Also if you don't have to be in Memphis, Desoto County is your best bet. My husband and I own a rental home in Horn Lake and we would consider selling it. We're moving to Singapore and are considering selling. If not, we're going to have to hire a property mgmt company. Right now we're renting it out for 860 ( includes water bill ) The property is worth approx 85k The renters we have in there now are awesome ! Been there 2 years and they have put in cermanic tile on their own, never ever been a day late on rent , they maintain the home very well and the yard.
