We are looking at property in the Lake Ashton development in Lake Wales, Florida. Do you think the market?

Hi Marilee,
My parents have a home for sale in Lake Ashton it is the Bali model. We have it listed for $209,000. Many upgrades. We really need to sell. My Dad is very sick and is living down with us in South Florida now. We are open to any offer and even if you would like to rent with option to buy. It really is a great community with so much to offer. With all the medical bills they are having a hard time with it.
