I am going to reduce to $189K immediately and leave the $2K Bonus on there through the end of the month. That's what we originally said and even though I am going down on price I don't want to go back on my word on the bonus. Thanks again. - Fri Apr 4 2008, 06:44
Thanks for your responses. We had our house on the market for $205K in the fall and had numerous (10+)showings. We took it off over the holidays and put it back on (3/1) at $199K and nothing. A house similar to mine sold for $186K about a month ago. The biggest difference is that we have a wooded lot and theirs backed up to another house which is why ours was priced slightly higher. I think we will drop to $189K and let the bonus expire at the end of the month and see what happens. Thanks again. - Fri Apr 4 2008, 05:40
