Maybe you can help me to understand something. One of my frustrations has been that two units recently sold in our complex- one for about 240k, same size, but not a single update to it, nor particularly clean. Then there was that just went under contract for about 200 sq feet less, no updates since unit was built in late 70's, and general disrepair throughout, but sold for 185k. We have been working very hard to provide a beautiful home, laminate flooring, custome paint, updated kitchen and baths, etc... and don't seem to get any nibbles- any thoughts? - Fri Apr 4 2008, 05:04
