Hope your search is going well. I have lived in Franklin for 22 years, 16 of those in this house, so I basically raised my kids here. I am a Realtor with a retired status license but plan to put my house in Forrest Crossing on the market soon.. It is zoned for Moore Elem, Poplar Grove/Freedom, and Centennial. Look up the ratings on these schools. My price is 350 range. and the home has 4 BR, 2.5 baths and brand new carpet, paint, stainless appliances, granite, wood or gas f/p, extensive landscaping,slate screened porch, community golf and pool, and a home warranty. Whatever your home choice, I can almost guarantee you will LOVE Franklin...I havent met many people who dont in my almost quarter of a century here!! . If you're interested, email me back.
