Thanks for the feedback. Mainly they say it's a great house. Of the 6 showings, we were told that we were in the final contention for 2 of the buyers. One wanted a master bath with tub (ours is completely remodeled but with a large shower stall) and the other was basing final decision on schools. Around the corner, a smaller home sold with higher price per sf @ 299 sold within a few weeks. Is there a price cutoff that people typically search within? would pushing it under that $325 max make a difference?
