Hi, I'm in Broyhill Park, and I am considering selling my 3bd/1ba SFH in the spring. My question is this:

Thanks! I do have a rambler. I am thinking of adding a half-bath on the main level across from the coat closet, or taking some room away from the laundry room to add a master bath (which would be a lot more work/money for sure!). So it would be within the existing floorplan. No estimates, if it wouldn't recoup at least its value, then I definitely would not go even that far. I am just wondering if the idea is worth taking any further. - Tue Jan 8 2008, 09:19

Is Broyhill Park in Falls Church desired neighbourhood? Why is Fairfax County charging more tax to that?

Our trash and leaf collection, as well as bulky items (appliances/stoves) and brush piles, is provided by Fairfax county, in addition to regular trash and recyclinhg. Those extras show up as separate fees on the bill.

If the county doesn't provide your pick-up, those fees are not in your bill
