Hi Valamondo - if it doesn't work out please check out my friends home not that far away in Fairmount/Capitol Hts. It is offerred at 299k with ALL Closing Paid and its a 4 bedrm 2 bath (both levels) home. You can look at the pictures on MLS at PG6643416
