Westgate at Edison New Jersey (all questions and answers ...etc).

To all of you here, Cheng, Victor, Deborah, Mary...thanks for your suggestions. I've heeded your advice and knowing that this is a buyers market, I have dropped the price of my 284 westgate square home to $379,900 from $388,000 although my unit has more value upgrades than other units in the market.

The open house went very well....many prospective buyers showed-up, some independent and some thru realtor agents.

But I am very disappointed and disgusted that someone is stealing my fsbo yard signs (3 times), I checked with the westgate assoc and home owners around and it appears to be works of a rogue realtor agent...and one of the people there gave me a license plate number which I called police and passed on the info. they said they will look into it, investigate further and take action. Also next time when they are stealing they can smile at the hidden motion sensor camera.

This is very cheap and not a fair game....whoever it is, has now prompted me to take-up strict stance & report against realtors who violate westgate official rules to not post any real estate or other signs "inside" the complex...why should I let them violate the rules when they are not playing by the rules and let me have my signs?

Whoever it is has picked on the wrong person :) I am not a quitter and have an MBA with JD (IP-Law). Anyway I thought I will bring it to you guys since you all are nice people here and you can see that how one/some of you stoop so low. - Mon Jul 14 2008, 07:37

Unfortunately it is not the property owner since I put my sign on the strip of space next to walkway, cant be lawn maintenance or kids either....since all the 3 times so far it has happened between 8-10pm on Sunday evenings. - Mon Jul 14 2008, 14:03

I am the seller of 284 Westgate Square home, and glad that I saw your post. Yes, I had listed it a bit on the higher side but you can see why from a value point, with the upgrades and location of the unit. It is a beautiful home that will keep you happy with its nature view and your guest raving of the kitchen and bar.

Hi all,

Just put mine on the market FSBO, please checkout....very picturesque home with the best outside view unit in the entire westgate square complex. Its in the last Boston Court back to the woods. Bring in buyers and can negotiate the fee...MLS listing will go up today...just put up signs on the street.

Hi Saru,

I am selling my beautiful town home in Westgate Square complex in North Edison, 10min to Metropark Train Station 4.3miles 5 lights. However its a 2 bedrrom 2.5 bathroom units. My house is 284 westgate dr...all details can be found at http://www.284westgate.com. I am selling it "For Sale by Owner" and the price listed is $388,000....but if you are an independent buyer the price is negotiable.

The school district is North Edison, and MLK is for the primary school, JPStevens is for highscool. Good size indian / desi community in the complex with most of them with one or two small kids. I have two little girls and they have tons of friends inside the complex. This is a must see complex if you havent seen already. Most units have a huge loft on the second floor, which some have modified into a 3rd bedroom.
