As a northerner looking to buy in Florida what are the issues regarding homes in the tropics, i.e.

Hi, Norma! Have you considered Deerfield Beach? It is very close to all kind of shopping, Beach, highways, and very close to different places in south florida. We are five minutes of the Town Center Mall, there are beach stores with ocean view, and a really nice flea market just ten minutes away. Deerfield Beach is also just 20 minutes from the Sawgress Mall, the biggest outlet mall in FL. It is also very fun. The beach is the best with lots of things to do: surfing, volleyball, diving, fishing (there is a nice pier) etc. I have a townhome for sale in Deerfield Beach. How would you describe the social scene in Deerfield Beach?

Deerfield Beach is very fun. It is fun for people of all ages. The Cove is the place to go on Friday nights, JB's on the beach is also very fun all weekend, Kahuna is another happening place. The beach is the best with lots of things to do: surfing, volleyball, diving, fishing (there is a nice pier) etc. I have a townhome for sale in Deerfield Beach.
