Don't live there but travel there frequently. Harlingen is close by nicer town not as much crime. Told by friends of mine in law enforcement this is where most of them prefer to live. Brownsville looks dirt and a typical Texas border town with large amount of transient workers. - Fri Jul 25 2008, 17:26
