Alpharetta vs. Suwanee

Hi John,
You also might want to consider Cumming, GA which is in Forsyth County. There are great schools in Forsyth. We currently have our home on the market which is in Three Chimneys Farm in Cumming in South Forsyth County. The neighborhood is zoned for Sharon Elem., South Forsyth Middle (kids can actually walk to school), and for 2009 - Lambert High School!!! Sharon Elementary's address is Suwanee. Property taxes are lower in Forsyth County as well.

Our house is currently on the market in South Forsyth. The neighborhood is Three Chimneys Farm and is very convenient to Norcross. The address is Cumming, but it's more like Suwanee/Alpharetta. My children attend Sharon Elementary which is considered Suwanee in Forsyth County. Three Chimneys Farm is a very family friendly neighborhood with lots of children and activities. We live in Cumming on the South end in Three Chimneys Farm which is very close to St Marlo. We currently have our home on the market and it is zoned for the new Lambert High School, Sharon Elem and South Middle.
