My husband and I are strongly considering relocating from Bryan/College Station, TX to the Denver area.

Heather...have you considered moving to Colorado Springs with the gorgeous Pike's Peak right in your backyard? The schools here are excellent, and there is so much to do within minutes for an active family. As a Texas A&M former student, who absolutely LOVED living in College Station for 5 years (and also a native Texan), I have still decided that Colorado Springs is one of the best places in the country to live and raise a family. I have a house in Pine Creek. It has been on the market for 3 weeks now and no showings. Is this typical?

We have the same problem in Northgate. A beautiful home, but very few showings. Where are all the buyers in this peak season?!!? Are there just too many homes to choose from in Colorado Springs right now? Aren't Northgate and Pine Creek highly sought-after neighborhoods to live in?
