Parking is around $265 in the public area and around $300 if you want to park in the "resident" area. You do get a small discount at Holmes Place. - Thu May 29 2008, 18:16
Not sure why you gave me a thumbs down, but I only want to keep yopu from buying at a sub-par building. I used to own a condo at the Fordham (25 E Superior) and the finishes and amenities in that building were far superior to 512 N. McClurg. Also, as mentioned by the real estate agent who responded, 512 N. McClurg has a lot of renters, not the same feel as a building that is owner-occupied. Good luck with your decision. - Wed May 28 2008, 10:13
I lived there for a year and the quality of the construction is terrible. Also, you have to rent parking as there are no owned garage spaces. I would not buy there. - Tue May 20 2008, 09:48
