We live in Uptown, hence the cookie cutter reference. Beyond that I'm not comfortable releasing my address. Any and all marketing is handled by my agent. Thanks for the suggestion. - Wed Sep 3 2008, 07:51
In in the mid $100's range, so $2K won't do much. We might try to time it with an open house with food or something.
I've taken into consideration all the comments and will not be increasing the commission. - Wed Sep 3 2008, 07:00
I've been getting a lot of first time home buyers - represented and not represented, which has its pros and cons. We've come down 10K, and I have little wiggle room left.
The feedback is generally that it shows very well, is very clean, much nicer than the other units in this complex, but their are other complexes and bigger units (not as nice areas) around the same price. I can only do so much!
We'll try another price reduction, but I'm doubting 2K will catch anyones eye! - Tue Sep 2 2008, 18:38
I don't know why it isn't in above, but I originally said "more serious qualified buyers" above. Sorry. - Tue Sep 2 2008, 17:28
