Jackson park highlands, according to word on the street, is that it is much safer than hyde park. check out crime stats yourself. also it is similar to gated community since they blocked off streets. only 1 way in an out type of thing. we are in same boat. the prices for homes are nuts and the home are in dire need of 100-300K of renovations after you spend the asking price of 750-900 +K . there has to be a change soon - low ball any bid- these prices just went up in the last 3 years - Fri Feb 29 2008, 10:32
