We have a 24+ acre equestrian farm and 67+ acre farm in Midland area/Cabarrus County for sale. Just 7 miles from 485 and 30 minutes to Uptown Charlotte. Is that of interest. This is incredibly beautiful land with rolling hills, ponds, creek, woodlands, fenced fields. Angela - Sat Sep 6 2008, 13:00

Ideal neighborhood may be The Pavilion in Huntersville offering easy access to Renaissance Park, Cabarrus County as well as Lake Norman and Charlotte. What is your timeframe - homesites in the neighborhood can be purchased now for building. Three choices of custom builders in this neighborhood.
