Well, you can try a neighborhood i know called Withrow Downs II, in Charlotte. It is very close to Cabbarus County, and you can practically walk to the speedway from it. It is a nice neighborhood, relatively quiet with houses coming at good prices. In fact, I saw a fairly large one last week going for 187.000. It semed like a good deal, so it might go fast.
