One of the last lots in the Pine Valley Estates is up for sale. This is a corner lot that provides a full 360 degree views. There is lots of potential for building, hunting, gardening, or tree harvesting. There are no current regulations on the land, and appraised value is above $50k+. Water via a 300-500 foot well can be done, or you can hook into the local community water/sewage system. Electricity is adjacent to the lot and are ready to be hooked up. Basically this is one of the best lots in Bastrop county. I purchased this in 2008 and will be residing in Colorado in the future, so I figure I would sell to relocate out there. Sorry no pics, (these are simularities I pulled off the web), but the lot has about 700-1000 Lob lolly Pine and 3 ridge lines and drainages, fairly sandy soil, on top of the hill, very peaceful quite neighborhood - (each resident owns roughly 5 ac. each; so everyone is spread out), owner financing availible.
