A couple exits south is the Wells Branch area - with some very nice newer neighborhoods tucked away in between 35 and MOPAC (there are some older sections as well). It is land locked, relatively unknown at this point, and some of the realtors here have said it should see much appreciation in the near future because it is all developed, has great local amenities and is so convenient to the major highways and toll roads, (last free exit!) and is close to the proposed train station at Howard lane.

AND, IT JUST SO HAPPENS - my house is for sale... $229,900. check out the virtual tour and call your realtor (or the one listed on the tour)... I'm no expert and don't know how this area stacks up against others for investment, but it makes a great home - if I wasn't relocating for work, I'd never leave!
