I have a home for sale in Camden Pointe. The GMLS is 2401166. It has been on the market since the beginning of April, ties to Frey or Picketts Mill elementarys, has a new kitchen, and large back yard for kids to plan. It is a very large subdivision and I agree with the comments. The percentage isn't bad comparative to the general housing market. I am a resident in Camden Pointe which is adjacent to Brookstone. It is smaller, but doesn't have many homes in the range you are wanting. One comment I would make regarding schools is be sure to look a the capacity of kids attending schools. Ford has several trailers due to overcapacity. The school is good, but there are many good schools including Frey and the newer school, Pickets Mill, which will be opening this fall which Camden Pointe will have the option to attend. Frey has great test scores and I expect Pickets Mill to be better.
