May I know the site floor plan and and designer (project planner)?

Jennifer Kretschmer, AIA answered:
The information you seek can be obtained by going to City Hall and speaking with the planning department or to pull the engineer/architects contact information off the permit at http://www.sjpermits.org and call them directly. The engineer for the property you are interested in is: ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT. - Sun Oct 26 2008, 16:00

Question removed

Jennifer Kretschmer, AIA answered:
This is the amount of the loan or taxes that they have defaulted. It is not necessarily the price that you can purchase the property. - Mon Jul 7 2008, 11:13

In Santa Clara County use this site: http://eservices.sccgov.org/ari/home.do
It not only lists the schools but also the current property tax information. - Sun Jun 29 2008, 21:47
Jennifer Kretschmer, AIA answered:
Go to the Building Department and ask that question. This is public information and they will give it to you. If the City has a website with a place to check permits, you may be able to get this information online.
Good Luck from an architect in San Jose. - Sun Jun 29 2008, 18:44
Jennifer Kretschmer, AIA answered:
Hi Mike,
I'm an architect in San Jose and I specialize in this type of project.
Last year I had a Master Bedroom/Bath/Walk-in Closet addition in the Willow Glen area. We also remodeled another bathroom and altered the hallway to gain access to the new bedroom. The finishes were on the higher end. The construction cost was $210,000. I'd be happy to discuss with you my fees, the price for permits in San Jose and the schedule. Please see my website (listed below) for my contact information.
I'm very familiar with the Willow Glen area and can show you several of my projects in the area.
Regards,
