Starward Drive, 94568 in Dublin. Is this a stable/up and coming neighborhood? What are everyone's thoughts on?

I actually disagree with the previous response and would recommend the Starward Drive area. They have updated the area recently with new restaurants including the very popular Elepahant Bar, Panera, and Chipotle and there are future projects for updates in this area as well. There are also many stores and offices in the area that have been updated and it is walking distance to the new BART station that will be opening shortly. Sure this area may not be as new of construction as the Dublin Ranch area is but I believe that in the long run, you will make more money in the Starward Drive area because it is up and coming. - Wed Jul 30 2008, 14:58
