I am interested in selling my home in la quinta to move to arizona. What is the procedure?

I want to sell my home in Arizona City, AZ to move back to Ca, my children live in Corona, CA so I know
La Quinta, CA is not far from there. What are you asking for your house? Look forward to hearing from

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for sale in Arizona City, Az. Quiet neighborhood, many homes on our
street live here 6 months out of the year. We live here full time and no problem with empty homes while
people are gone . Our home is turn key, not far from Golf course. Only want to sell to move back to Ca to
be closer to family. We are 10 minutes from new shopping center. Arizona City is between Phoenix and
Tucson and close to Freeways. Must see to appreciate. Let me know if you are interested in Pictures
Selling for $180,000 which includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer., 2 car garage, block
wall fence. Landscaping in front & back. Misters on Patio, designer paint inside. Ready for you to move
in with no work at all.. Look forward to hearing from you.
