I have a single family home by Darling. It's one of VERY few one story houses in the area. I know that the plan I have is extremely popular in the neighborhood (because it's the most affordable in such a nice area). The plan can't be built in every lot because there's a restriction in the community so very few of this plan are being built. - Sun Dec 30 2007, 20:23
