I am in the process of rehabbing a house near the U of L campus. The house will be completed sometime in late July. It has 2( possibly 3) BRs, 1 Bath, dining rm., large kitchen w/ utility rm. & pantry, fully screened front porch and a sunroom on the rear. Everything in this house will be new: roof, AC, siding, insulation, hardwood flooring in kitchen & dining rm., tile in bath, crpt. in all BRs/living rm, all new bath & kitchen, etc. We are probably going to be asking around $105-110,000 (depending on the final rehab costs).
