I just ran across this site!!! Have you tried one of the sites like http://www.onlinehousetrading.com I just put ours on it. Our price for buying/selling is MUCH less than yours but in this market people are trading houses if the right one comes along. I saw the site on abc7 news. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 12:02
