I live in Willoughby Station in Mount Juliet. It's a family oriented subdivision with pools, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. Our house has appreciated roughly $55k over the last 6 yrs. You've seen the area so you know what it's like. There's several homes for sale in the subdivision if you'd like to get feel for it. Don't get the wrong idea by seeing the houses for sale. Most people are either relocating for jobs, building new houses, etc.
