what are land values of jupiter farms versus palm city?

Maybe I have already anwsered your question; however, Palm City has a beautiful area called Palm City Farms that is the agricultural area for Palm City, Florida. Most properties are in 5 acre lots and up but there are times that less acreage comes available. If you are interested in equestrian property, I would say that the price for 5 acres is far less than in Jupiter. Jupiter is souths of Palm CIty. Palm City is a growing beautiful area located in Martin County. There are other lots that are available in gated communities that are far less than a gated community in Jupiter. Thank you. Palm City Farms is only 15 minutes north of Jupiter. Land values in Palm City are far less than those in Jupiter Farms plus Palm City is not as conjected. There are two large developments that are offering land from 2 acres up to 30 acres. These parcels are great properties and are not in the price range as Jupiter Farms area. I sell equestrian properties and can help you if you are interested. There is an estate, Sunflower Farm, in Palm City that is a beautiful property for sell in Palm City Farm. There are also many properties with 5 acers that is not in a development. This is a great place for children. Children have so much to do even after school. Family fun is either by trail riding, going to Bath Tub Beach on Hutchinson Island, plus Martin County has just built another big park for everyone to enjoy on the side of the St. Lucie River.
