There are many ranch style homes in the area but they are usually older. The cost of land in the south tampa area pretty much mandates multi level houses. If you must have a one level house you might want to consider the carrollwood area--longer drive though 30 to 45 min.

The house is located in Port Tampa area. This is an area south of Interbay and North of MacDill AFB on the west side of Dale Mabry. The Bloomingdale area is in Brandon which is 10+ miles east of our location. Sorry, we do not have a pool. If there is anything else feel free to ask. - Mon Apr 28 2008, 18:16

There are Several Catholic Schools in the South Tampa Area.
- Academy of the Holy Names - Boys and Girls K-8 High School is Girls only.
-Christ the King - Boys and Girls K-8
-Jesuit High School is Boys Only Located near Tampa Stadium.
- Tampa Catholic is Boys and Girls k-12- located northeast of South Tampa
