We almost bought a home there but glad we didn't. You can deal on the base price but the options (and everything is optional) will really run up the price. We bought at Country Classics where the base price is pretty much it but you can deal on the options. The cost of the options is much lower overall so you'll get more house for your money. - Fri Jun 20 2008, 15:10
