Westgate Community is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are kept immaculate. You feel like u r driving through panoramic vista! If u drive out the back of Westgate, u r immediately in Scotch Plains, The clubhouse and pool are well maintained. I own here and my home backs up to the woods which are absolutely gorgeous in whatever season. The fall foliage and winter snows with the woods as a backdrop are truly awesome. The homes have cathedral ceilings and a large loft over looking an oversized living room. i have developed MS, should be on 1 level but my home is so so beautiful, i don't want to leave, - Mon Feb 18 2008, 09:57

all u need to do is to checkout the townhouse community that u like, drive thru it and u will see the different areas, that will determine price + upgrades. with westgate at this point , price also reflects supply and demand. with westgate, there is very little supply, remember some look at the RR tracks, some enjoy the 4 seasons right from their LR with an unobstructed view of the woods. - Wed Apr 2 2008, 08:49
i have done a lot of research on selling prices. my home is in westgate, backs up to woods, does have a finished basement, already waterproofed, designer w/w carpeting, open loft. every thing updated.
