I work for an extraordinary custom home builder in the Raleigh area. You’ll find some delightful differences in our homes, with customized standard amenities that other builders call “upgrades” – including lavish trim, spacious nine foot ceilings, extensive tile and hardwood, sumptuous master suites, built in entertainment centers, butler’s pantries, intricate trey ceilings, elliptical archways, cove ceilings, abundant natural light, and much, much more.
Stanton Homes builds about 15 custom homes a year in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina region – which means we are able to give unparalleled attention to every detail. The team of master craftsmen at Stanton Homes takes pride in ensuring your home will delight you for a lifetime.
If you've always wanted a custom home on land of your own, check out our featured homes on acreage in beautiful Chatham County. Stanton Homes also builds homes on your lot or ours throughout the Triangle area, including Wake, Chatham, Orange, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, and Lee Counties.

Talk to Steve and Eleanor Thorne at Meridian Residential, 919-459-1313. They've worked with us on a variety of little to no down payment loans, including USDA loans (100%) and VA loans. There are still good options available through a wide variety of lenders, particularly if you have good credit. - Mon Oct 13 2008, 11:21
Your question gets posted online, and everyone gets a chance to answer it! Not sure if there is a private email to Trulia. - Wed Oct 8 2008, 08:51
Looks like a type of timeshare, but I haven't seen this company before. Their website states that each home has 10 "partner owners".

You'll want to work with someone very familiar with timeshares. Best of luck!

The lot size on that listing says .92 acres. In North Carolina, a minimum of one full acre of pasture land is required per horse. If the land is in a subdivision and meets the minimum size requirements, you would also need to make sure the subdivision allows horses. Find out more about horse properties in North Carolina here:

You can ask any agent to search for all properties within your specifications that are noted as horse properties.
Good luck!

Try posting your open house at Craigslist.com. Just put "Open House" in the title, and I'd suggest posting no more than 2-3 days before the open house, and ideally the day before. Posts are free in almost all cities, and this site is hugely popular. Backpage.com is another site that you can self-post an open house, but it isn't as popular. - Thu Sep 18 2008, 16:18
