Thank you for your response to my question, though we are not trying to save the cost of commission by selling without professional representation. Since the day my husband and I decided to sell our home, we have had it listed with a Realtor. My Realtor is doing a great job in marketing my home, but if I can try and get out there too and beat the bushes...why not? If anyone has any questions regarding my home, I will be glad to answer them and then will turn them over to my Realtor.
