Turner Ave. in Drexel Hill has a good number of homes for sale; any known drivers for this?

Hi,

I live on Turner Ave and I have a house that is under contract. many of the homes on this street have already sold- despite it being a "buyers market". The reason for the sales are various- couples get a divorce, empty nesters selling their family home, relocation etc... I also know of a few houses that were recently "flipped." If you check back in a month or two, you will see that all of these for sale properties are gone. It is a great street and many of the houses were sold at great (low) prices due to the market. We are selling only becuase we want to move into the city. - Mon Mar 10 2008, 21:11
