yes the two week due diligence period is over.it has been inspected and the inspecter is coming back ut to see the repairs.Then the contingencies will be lifted. But I'd like to know when the inspector sees that were not going to fix the one issue which does not need repairing because he was wrong.can they walk from the deal? - Sun May 25 2008, 14:48

we are going to be selling our 4 bedrm 2 and a half bath mid century modern home and will be relocating to florida. we have lived in north lake area for ten yrs and our subdivision is so quite that you hardly see a car down ours street more than a few times a day. We live in amberwood sub which is off of briarlake rd and which is also a ten minute drive to Emory(the huge medical facility in atlanta) so i wold recomend that. Also if youre in the market to buy a house Ours is up for sale now.hubbys retired moving to the beach.
