Well, This agent has been a real estate agent for 20-30 years. I would give more credence if he was only a real estate agent for a short time..but 20-30 years?? come on!!

If she's like an old home, then she needs to have several inspections. Who know's she might have mold or bugs in her crawl space! Also, in this market?? At least $.25+closing costs!!

If you pay off the debt, will it show on the credit report as paid or will it still show bad debt?
