What part of Kirkwood do you think is the best?

Mary B answered:
when do you think those $600000 homes on westeria between murray hill ave an rockey ford will be done? we're going to buy in kirkwood while its still affordable - Thu May 1 2008, 13:48
to answer the quest, we also think both sides would be fab, but we are looking mainly in the north side too on the streets you mentioned plus a few - Thu May 1 2008, 13:03
i don't think he was asking anything wrong. hes not the only one curious and interested in opinions. we're curious too doesn't mean we are going to buy on the side you like better - Thu May 1 2008, 13:00
Mary B answered:
how soon do you think this will start raising nearby home prices even more? weeks? month? - Wed Apr 16 2008, 18:34
Mary B answered:
the prices are higher than they were when we first started looking but the interest rates are much lower. were trying to get in before the prices go uop more. there are more upgrades to kirkwood on the way, am sure that will raise prices more. were trying to get in as soon as we can - Thu Apr 10 2008, 11:54

kirkwood atlanta 3 bed less than $230,000?

Mary B answered:
why so down on 1 bathrooms? not everyone can afford or needs more than 1. some of us want 1 and can add another or 2 later if we wanted.

some 2 bathrooms have the 2nd squeezed in wherever at the lowest cost to try to get the most money which makes for a bad flow.

do you 'answer' every single question negativly or just all of the ones weve seen? you 'answer' questions like you are attacking the person - Thu Apr 10 2008, 11:43
were only interested in kirkwood and know people there and they are loving it - Tue Apr 8 2008, 13:00
thanks for the answers. how much work does that one for 225,000 need? is it a lot? - Tue Apr 8 2008, 12:55
thanks for looking. we saw prices a lot higher than that tho. seen prices over $600,000. problem is finding a 3 bedroom for less than 230,000. we saw a house for 235,000 that said 3 bedroom, but it was really only 2 bedrooms - Mon Apr 7 2008, 08:36
